At Crafted By Joanna LLC, every order is packed with care and sent on its way as quickly as possible. Please read through our shipping policy so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
During peak seasons, promotional periods, or high-order-volume windows, processing times may be slightly extended. We will communicate any significant delays via email.
Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We ship all orders through trusted national carriers, which may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar services, depending on your location, package size, and selected shipping method.
Every shipment includes carrier tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as U.S. territories where carrier service is available.
Estimated domestic transit times after dispatch are as follows:
- Standard Shipping — 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping — 2–3 business days
- Overnight / Express Shipping — 1 business day (where available)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and your delivery address. Free shipping promotions, when offered, will be applied automatically at checkout.
International Shipping
At this time, Crafted By Joanna LLC ships primarily within the United States. If you are located outside the U.S. and are interested in placing an order, please contact us at hello@craftedbyjoanna.com before purchasing so we can assess whether international shipping is available for your destination.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Crafted By Joanna LLC has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Delivery Estimates & Delays
Estimated delivery windows are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Crafted By Joanna LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier operational issues or high-volume periods
- Severe weather or natural disasters
- Incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout
- Customs clearance (for international shipments)
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information, then contact us at hello@craftedbyjoanna.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Crafted By Joanna LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you via email to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-sent packages. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days of the return notification, a store credit may be issued for the item(s), minus original shipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier (as indicated by tracking), Crafted By Joanna LLC is not liable for lost or stolen packages. We recommend:
- Retrieving your package promptly after delivery
- Checking with neighbors, building management, or a safe location near your door
- Filing a claim directly with the carrier using your tracking number
If you believe your package was lost in transit (i.e., tracking has not updated for an extended period), please contact us at hello@craftedbyjoanna.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and item(s) before discarding anything.
- Email us at hello@craftedbyjoanna.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
We will work with you to arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution as quickly as possible. Damage claims submitted after 7 days of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for a remedy.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at hello@craftedbyjoanna.com or call (385) 630-3116 as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered the fulfillment process. If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our standard return and refund policy once the package is received.
