Returns & Refunds Policy

At Crafted By Joanna LLC, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something isn't quite right with your order, we're here to make it right. Please read through our returns and refunds policy below so you know exactly what to expect.

Our Return Window

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the date your order was delivered, as indicated by your carrier's tracking confirmation. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition in which you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items returned after the 30-day carrier-confirmed delivery window will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Product Warranty

All products sold by Crafted By Joanna LLC are covered by a 60-day limited warranty from the date of delivery, as confirmed by your carrier's tracking information.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Modifications or repairs made by anyone other than Crafted By Joanna LLC

If you believe your item has a warranted defect within the 60-day window, please contact us at hello@craftedbyjoanna.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable. We will review your claim and offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return due to the nature of the product. These include:

  • Custom or personalized orders — items made to your specifications cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective
  • Digital downloads or printable files
  • Sale or clearance items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please reach out to us before shipping anything back.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within the 30-day carrier-confirmed delivery window using one of the methods below:

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

Please do not send your item back before receiving a return authorization from us. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping & Tracking Requirement

Unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method. You are required to provide us with your return tracking number at the time of shipment. Crafted By Joanna LLC is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Returns without tracking that do not arrive at our facility cannot be processed for a refund or exchange.

We recommend retaining your shipping receipt and confirming delivery before following up on your return status. Original shipping charges on your order are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging every order, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we sincerely apologize and will make it right at no cost to you.

Please contact us at hello@craftedbyjoanna.com within 7 days of carrier-confirmed delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

We will review your submission and offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  • If you still have not received your refund, contact us at hello@craftedbyjoanna.com and we will investigate further.

Please note that original shipping costs are not included in the refund amount.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange eligible items for a different size, color, or variant, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same steps outlined in the How to Start a Return section above and let us know what you'd like instead.

If the replacement item is of a different value, we will either issue a partial refund or send you a payment link for the difference before shipping your exchange.

Gifts

If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, please contact us at hello@craftedbyjoanna.com. Depending on how the original order was placed, a refund may be issued to the original purchaser or, where possible, as store credit to you.
