We send two broad categories of email:

Transactional Emails — These are messages necessary to fulfill your order or manage your account. They include:

• Order confirmations and receipts
• Shipping notifications and tracking updates
• Return and refund confirmations
• Password reset and account security notices

Because transactional emails are essential to your purchase, they cannot be opted out of while an order is in progress.

Marketing & Promotional Emails — These are messages designed to inform and delight, including:

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time — no hard feelings!

• One-Click Unsubscribe: Every marketing email we send contains an Unsubscribe link in the footer. Clicking it will immediately remove you from our marketing list.
• Email Request: Send an opt-out request directly to hello@craftedbyjoanna.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe."
• Phone: Call us at (385) 630-3116 and we will remove you manually.

We will process all opt-out requests within 10 business days in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act. After opting out, you may still receive transactional emails related to any active orders.

We aim to respect your time. As a general guideline:

• Transactional emails are sent only as triggered by your order activity.
• Marketing emails are sent on a reasonable schedule — typically no more than a few times per month — and may increase slightly during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, major sales events).

We do not send daily promotional blasts or unsolicited messages.

Your email address is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel at Crafted By Joanna LLC and trusted third-party service providers (e.g., our email marketing platform and e-commerce platform) that assist us in operating our store.
